I do not know what that means...I'm guessing you meant torrenting? But Blizzard Torrents could mean their official torrents? or just torrenting their games..

No I mean there's a link to download a Blizzard Torrenting Program to download the specified file.(Battle Report). They are really fast coompared to the other torrents I used...
